David A. Clarke

David A. Clarke is a seasoned real estate professional currently serving as Senior Vice President in the Investment Division at Lennard Commercial Realty since February 2014. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Sales Broker at Colliers International from January 2007 to January 2014, where specialization focused on the sales and acquisitions of office and retail properties in central Toronto, and the development of the Foreign Representation Group in 2009. Earlier, David worked at Cushman & Wakefield as a Broker in Leasing & Investment Sales, facilitating commercial leasing transactions and representing tenants and landlords from December 2004 to January 2007. David holds a Masters in Commercial Real Estate (MCRE) from Pepperdine University/Lipsey School of Real Estate and has pursued various educational opportunities, including training with the Ontario Real Estate Association and studies at the University of Toronto, Harris Institute, Hillfield Strathallan College, and Oakville Trafalgar High School.
