Joseph Wise

Joseph Wise is an experienced real estate professional, currently serving as Executive Vice President at Lennard Commercial Realty since March 2013, with a focus on office leasing services for both tenants and landlords. Prior roles include Senior Director of Client Advisory Services at DTZ Barnicke Limited, where strategic advice on real estate plans was provided and numerous transactions were successfully negotiated. Joseph has also held the position of Director of Office Leasing at RioCan Real Estate Investment Trust, managing national office space leasing and achieving significant goals in vacancy reduction. Joseph's career began as a Sales Representative at Cushman & Wakefield, where new business development and transaction negotiation were primary responsibilities.
