Joshua Perlstein serves as the Vice President of Multifamily Investment at Lennard Commercial Realty, Brokerage, since July 2020, specializing in the purchase and sale of multifamily properties throughout Ontario. With a strong reputation among private and institutional clients, Joshua possesses extensive knowledge of the Ontario investment properties market. Prior roles include Associate Vice President of Multifamily Investment at Colliers International Canada from November 2016 to July 2020 and Sales Representative at Marcus & Millichap from October 2012 to November 2016. Joshua's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from the University of Guelph and real estate studies at the Ontario Real Estate College.
