Brad McShane Eit

Brad McShane, EIT, currently serves as a Project Engineer at Lennon, Smith, Souleret Engineering, Inc., specializing in design and construction administration within the Environmental Engineering department, focusing on drinking water treatment and wastewater applications. With expertise in a range of treatment technologies, including filtration, UV disinfection, and SCADA systems, Brad has significant experience in process design and implementation. Prior internships with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation involved onsite inspection roles for bridge replacement and roadway rehabilitation projects, emphasizing data collection, surveying, and compliance enforcement.
