Richard Kauffman

Richard Kauffman is an experienced civil engineer and project manager with over 20 years of expertise in roadway, municipal, commercial, hydraulic, and institutional projects. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Lennon, Smith, Souleret Engineering, Inc., Richard oversees municipal project conception and delivery. Previously, Richard held management roles at KU Resources, Inc., and HMT and Associates, focusing on project oversight and execution from conceptual design to final completion across various project types. Earlier positions included project manager roles at CDM Smith, ms consultants, inc., and SAI Consulting Engineers, Inc., where Richard specialized in highway project design and development. Richard earned a degree from Penn State University.
