Karthick Shanmugam

Karthick Shanmugam is a Senior Design Engineer at Lennox India Technology Centre since December 2021, specializing in New Product Development for North American products, particularly focusing on CO2 gas coolers that comply with UL standards. Prior to this role, Karthick served as an Executive in R&D at Toshiba Machines Private Limited from July 2017 to June 2021, contributing to the development of multi-color and recycling technologies for injection molding machines, which earned recognition through the "10th National Innovation Award" from the Government of India. Karthick has demonstrated proficiency in design calculations, 3D modeling using Creo, 2D modeling with BricsCad, part analysis using Ansys Workbench, product life cycle management via Windchill, and Enterprise Resource Planning using JD Edwards. Karthick also gained initial experience as an Internship Trainee at Unitech Transfer GMBH and SAI Projects and Systems Pvt Ltd. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from SSN College of Engineering and a Diploma in Electronic Robotics from DOTE.
