Manikandan Kasthurikrishnan is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as a Specialist in New Product Introduction (NPI) at Lennox India Technology Centre since January 2023. Prior to this role, Manikandan held multiple positions at Trane Technologies from November 2016 to December 2022, including Senior Product Engineer, Product Engineer, Post Graduate Engineer Trainee, and Intern. Manikandan holds a Master of Engineering in Thermal Engineering from the College of Engineering, Guindy, completed in April 2017, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Surya School of Engineering and Technology, completed in April 2014.
