Anish Joseph Myalil

Anish Joseph Myalil has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Anish Joseph started their career in 2007 as a Trainee Engineer at Unisoft India Pvt. Limited before moving on to become a Design Engineer with the same company. In 2010, they joined HCL Technologies as a Member Technical Staff in the Auto. & Engg. Group. Anish then transitioned to Lennox International in 2011, where they held various positions. Anish Joseph started as an Engineer in the Design & Value Engineering team at Lennox India Technology Centre. Anish Joseph conducted cost reduction studies, product teardowns, and benchmarking activities. Anish later became a Mechanical Engineer at Kysor Warren, designing refrigeration systems for supermarkets. Following this, they advanced to the role of Senior Mechanical Engineer at Heatcraft Worldwide Refrigeration, managing new product development projects. Currently, Anish holds the position of Lead Mechanical Engineer at Lennox Commercial. Anish Joseph is responsible for designing and developing commercial HVAC systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and managing external test programs. Throughout their career, Anish has demonstrated strong engineering skills and a focus on producing high-quality products.
