Chris Glass

Chris Glass currently serves as the Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer for the Building Climate Solutions Segment at Lennox International, a position held since December 2023. Previously, Chris held various leadership roles at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company from June 2012 to November 2023, including Finance Director for the North America Commercial Tire business, which generated $13 billion in revenue. Other roles included Americas Controller for Goodyear's largest strategic business unit, Director of Corporate Accounting and Reporting, and Asia Pacific Regional Controller. Prior experience includes serving as an Assurance Senior Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers, managing audits for SEC registrants and multinational companies, and a brief internship at Sprint Nextel. Chris holds an MBA in Finance and a BS in Accounting from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
