Dinesh Kumar Pandian

Dinesh Kumar Pandian is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in software engineering and architecture, currently serving as Sr Manager/Architect at Lennox International since May 2016, overseeing end-to-end IT solutions and operations. Dinesh has a strong background in customer experience initiatives, eCommerce, CRM, and enterprise integrations, managing significant CAPEX and OPEX budgets while leading a team of over 40 IT personnel. Prior to Lennox International, Dinesh worked at Dell EMC, where responsibilities included implementing a CPQ system and developing an IoT platform, and held various software engineering roles at Wipro Technologies and CSS Corp. Dinesh holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Anna University Chennai and a postgraduate degree in Artificial Intelligence for Leaders from Texas McCombs School of Business.
