Donna Brooks

Donna Brooks has extensive experience in operations management, specifically in the distribution center industry. Donna has worked for Lennox International since February 2008, initially as the RDC Operations Manager and currently as the LDC Operations Manager. Donna is responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of distribution centers that directly service external customers. Donna's duties include hiring, supervision, budgeting, purchasing, inventory management, and employee development. Donna also has previous experience as a Local Distribution Center Supervisor and District Sales Support, where Donna focused on increasing productivity and managing shipping activities. Donna completed their education at the Business Computer Training Institute from 2000 to 2001.
