Eric Zito

Eric Zito is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sustainability, product management, and operations within the HVAC industry. Currently serving as the Director of Sustainability and Product Management at Lennox International since 2015, Eric leads initiatives to surpass sustainability requirements while managing residential heating product categories. Previously, Eric held various leadership roles at Lennox, including Director of Sustainability and Product Lifecycle, and Director of Product Management - Heating. Eric's background also includes positions at Crawford Services Inc. as Chief Operating Officer, and Carrier Enterprise as Senior Vice President and Vice President of Operations, where operational efficiency and strategic services were pivotal. Eric began a distinguished career as a Nuclear Submarine Officer in the US Navy, and holds advanced degrees from The Johns Hopkins University, Texas McCombs School of Business, and the United States Naval Academy.
