Louis Hill

Louis Hill is an experienced professional in warranty management and employee training. Currently serving as a Warranty Supervisor at Lennox International since June 2017, Louis is responsible for training new employees on warranty processes, creating and updating training documents, and running reports while providing backup support to the management team. Prior experience includes roles as a Warranty Specialist at Siemens from January 2013 to May 2017 and as a Quality Assurance Specialist in the warranty department. Additionally, Louis managed Another Round Pub from November 2014 to February 2016. Louis holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, completed in 2017, and attended J.A. Fair High from 1995 to 1998.
