Nikolette Klinowski

Nikolette Klinowski is a Senior Financial Planning Analyst III at Lennox International since June 2023, responsible for providing comprehensive financial analytics and supporting the financial consolidation process. Prior to this, Nikolette served in various roles at Medline Industries, LP from June 2021 to June 2023, where key contributions included implementing new lease accounting standards, conducting financial analysis, and participating in internal audits and mergers and acquisitions. Nikolette's earlier experience includes mentorship and leadership positions at Indiana University - Kelley School of Business and other organizations, coupled with internships in business analysis and logistics. Nikolette holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Management from Indiana University Bloomington.
