Rebecca Weathers

Rebecca Weathers Hardin is a seasoned Human Resources professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and HR business partnership. Currently serving as a Human Resources Specialist - Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partner at Lennox since January 2023, Rebecca previously held roles including Graduate Human Resources Intern at Lennox International and Human Resources Assistant at Texas A&M University College of Engineering.
