Shailesh Manohar

Shailesh Manohar is an accomplished engineering and information technology leader with extensive experience at Lennox International since March 2002. Currently serving as Vice President of Engineering and Information Technology, Shailesh oversees global engineering and IT for the Worldwide Refrigeration business segment. Previous roles include Vice President of Engineering, where responsibilities encompassed global engineering and Advanced Product Technology Development, as well as leadership of the Lennox India Technology Center. Shailesh has played a pivotal role in launching innovative products like Sunsource, the first solar integrated central air conditioning system, and has actively engaged in patent processes as chair of the Lennox International Patent Committee. Earlier experience includes positions at Carrier Corporation as Engineering Manager and Principal Engineer. Shailesh holds both a Master’s and PhD in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University.
