Yolis Pelayo

Yolis Pelayo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Business Intelligence, particularly in SAP BW and HANA technologies. Currently serving as the BI Lead Architect at Lennox International since June 2012, Yolis successfully led a team in the upgrade of SAP BI 7.5 with HANA within budget and time constraints. Previous roles include IT Contractor SAP BI Consultant at T-Mobile, where responsibilities encompassed data load monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization, as well as a BI Consultant position at Banorte focused on enhancing existing SAP BW applications. Early career experience includes IT Manager at GP Construction, SAP BW Expert at FEMSA, and programming roles at CEMEX and IIDEA-SOLUTIONS. Yolis holds a Master's degree in Finance from Universidad de Chile, an SAP BW certification, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
