Sunil Gundrathi

Sunil Gundrathi has worked in various roles since 2009. Sunil began their career at Satyam Computer Services, Ltd. as an SME - Customer Support. In 2012, they moved to Next Education India Pvt Ltd as an Operations Support Team - Lead. In 2014, they became the Head of Business Operations at Lenora Systems Inc. In 2016, they joined Quadrant Resource as Vice President of Business Operations & Strategy, where they fostered a client-centric, inclusive, and collaborative culture while overseeing day-to-day operations and projects. Sunil also served as the Director of Strategic Planning and Business Development, working with senior management to develop strategic business objectives and develop a plan of action to achieve those objectives. Additionally, they managed day-to-day business operations including finance, sales, marketing, and Talent Acquisition to develop long-term strategic planning and execute programs to accomplish business objectives. Finally, they were the Operations and Sales Planning Head, working in partnership with the Sales and Marketing teams to prepare for upcoming changes in technology or legislation that may affect the company\u2019s business model. Sunil also developed new product strategies based on market research, collaborating with Product Development to ensure that these new products are in line with current trends and fit within the company\u2019s brand image.
