Diane Bozicevich has extensive experience in the travel and meeting management industry. Diane started their career in 1986 at Omega World Travel, where they worked as a Regional Manager until 1997. In 1986, they also joined Omega Meetings & Incentives as the VP of Meetings & Business Development, a role they held until 2016. During this time, they played a key role in developing and growing the company's meetings and incentives division. In 2010, they joined Omega World Travel again, this time as the VP Operations for Meeting Management and obtained the Strategic Meetings Management Consultant (SMMC) certification. In this role, they worked with Fortune 500 companies on program management, risk reduction initiatives, and strategic sourcing. In 2016, they joined Lenos Software as the VP of Strategic Meeting Management Solutions. Currently, Diane is semi-retired and continues to bring their expertise to the industry on a part-time basis.

Diane received their Certificate in Meetings Management (CMM) from GBTA Academy in 2014. Prior to that, they obtained their Strategic Meetings Management Certificate (SMMC) from GBTA Academy in 2010. In terms of formal education, they attended the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee from 1970 to 1973, where they pursued an Associate's Degree. Diane initially majored in Graphic Arts but later transferred their focus to Accounting.

In terms of additional certifications, Diane obtained the Healthcare Meeting Compliance Certification (HMCC) from Meeting Professionals International in February 2016. In August 2010, they also obtained the Strategic Meeting Management Consultant (SMMC) certification from GBTA | Global Business Travel Association. Additionally, Diane holds a Certificate in Meetings Management from Meeting Professionals International, although the specific month and year of obtaining this certification are not mentioned.
