Clare Shen

Clare Shen is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a robust background in recruitment and HR operations. Currently serving as the Global Talent Acquisition Operations & Programs Manager and previously as the China Talent Acquisition PMO Manager at 联想 since September 2016, Clare oversees talent acquisition policy management, sourcing channels, budget management, and campus hire programs. Prior experience at IBM, spanning over 12 years, includes roles as Recruitment Sourcing and Selection Lead, Recruiter, and HRIS Team Leader, where Clare successfully managed recruitment channels, maintained recruitment processes, and led a team in HR database operations. Clare holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information and Computer Science from Beijing University of Technology.
