Egbert Gracias

Egbert Gracias is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and software delivery. Currently serving as the Director of OEM Engineering at Lenovo since January 2017, Egbert leads a global engineering team focused on addressing the technical requirements of OEM customers and collaborating with various stakeholders to implement complex solution offerings. Prior to this role, Egbert held multiple leadership positions at Lenovo, including Sr. Manager of Preload Engineering and Sr. Manager of Software Delivery & Quality. Additionally, experience includes positions as a Customer Solutions Manager at both HOV Services and IBM. Egbert holds a degree from Bharati Vidyapeeth, earned between 1988 and 1992.
