Jiwei Xie

Jiwei Xie has extensive experience in product quality management and continuous improvement across multiple technology companies. Currently serving as the MBG Product Quality Director at Lenovo since March 2014, Jiwei oversees the global ODM SQE team and the global product quality management team. Prior roles include Production Management at LEM, where responsibilities involved labor productivity improvement and LEAN implementation, and a significant tenure at Nokia from 2006 to 2012, which encompassed roles as Continuous Improvement Manager and Logistics & Planning Manager, overseeing numerous teams and improving operational KPIs. Earlier experience includes positions in production management and process engineering at Panasonic. Jiwei holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical and Automatic Design from Beijing Union University.
