Katie McNeill

Katie McNeill, MBA, M.Ed., PHR, currently serves as the Director of NA Sales Learning and Development at Lenovo since July 2019, having progressed through roles including Senior Manager and Senior Learning Business Partner. Prior experience includes roles at Syneos Health as Senior Manager of Leadership Development and at Itron as Instructional Design Manager, where responsibilities included conducting business analysis and leading instructional design teams. At GlaxoSmithKline, Katie held various positions, culminating in Senior Manager of Learning Measurement, where a learning measurement strategy was established for the US Pharmaceuticals business. Educational qualifications include a BA in Industrial Relations from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, an MA in Adult Education from East Carolina University, and an MBA from Fayetteville State University.
