Marek Kicka

Marek Kicka is a Global Logistics Optimization Manager with extensive experience in logistics and supply chain management. They began their career in procurement operations at Accenture Procurement BPO and later worked as a junior accountant at Mondelēz International. They have held various roles at Lenovo, including Senior Logistics Controller and Country Logistics Controller, where they focused on improving logistics performance and customer satisfaction. Currently, they manage global logistics processes, driving standardization and sustainability initiatives across geographies while coordinating cost forecasting and improvement projects. Marek holds a Master’s Degree in International Management from Univerzita Komenského v Bratislave.
