Mei Holthausen

Executive Director, Employee Digital Experience at Lenovo

Mei Holthausen is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in digital employee experience and operations management at Lenovo since May 2005. Mei has held multiple executive roles, including leading global operations in the Data Center Group and overseeing worldwide operations and innovation change management for the Personal Computing and Smart Devices division. Prior to Lenovo, Mei worked at IBM from 1996 to 2004, holding various positions including Sales Operations Manager and Affinity Program Manager. Mei is also certified as a Senior Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and has expertise in driving business improvement methodologies. Mei holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
