Peter Hortensius

Peter Hortensius is the Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President at Lenovo, a position held since 2014, where leadership in Lenovo's core global commercial business, workstation growth, and global enterprise management have been key focuses. Prior roles at Lenovo include President of the Think Business Group and President of the Product Group, achieving significant milestones in market share and profitability. Before joining Lenovo, Peter Hortensius served as Vice President at IBM, contributing to the historic PC deal with Lenovo and managing the ThinkPad business. Peter Hortensius earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Manitoba, alongside a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in the same field.
