Priya Tikare is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Director & Head of HR for Lenovo India and the Global HR Director for the International Services Support/Solutions & Services Group. With a career at Lenovo spanning from March 2006, Priya has excelled in various roles including Head of Talent Acquisition for Asia Pacific and Senior Manager for India HR, focusing on organizational development, employee engagement, and diversity hiring initiatives. Prior to Lenovo, Priya worked as an HR Specialist at MetLife India Pvt Ltd. Academically, Priya holds an MBA in Human Resources and Marketing from Anna University, an Executive Education Program in General Management from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Bharathiar University.
