Sivakumar Dhakshinamoorthy

Sivakumar Dhakshinamoorthy, CISSP, AIGP, currently serves as Head of Services Support and Gen AI Security Researcher at Lenovo since October 2020. With over two decades of experience in IT Service Delivery, Sivakumar previously held various positions at IBM India Private Ltd from June 1999 to September 2020, including Service Delivery Leader and Cybersecurity, Senior Manager of Remote Technical Support, and Manager of IBM Smart Centre. Early career experience includes a role as Customer Engineer at PC Clink, GOA. Sivakumar is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Technology Management with a focus on Gen AI Cybersecurity and Governance at RV University, and possesses a Master of Science in Cyber Security and an MBA in System.
