Tejuan Manners

Tejuan Manners, PMP, currently serves as Executive Director and Chief of Staff to the CTO, CSO, and SVP of Development & Quality at Lenovo, in addition to overseeing Strategic Transformation Operations for the Infrastructure Solutions Group since January 2019. Manners also functions as the CEO of Joy Alan Real Estate, LLC., since 2015. Previously, Manners held various roles at IBM from 2000 to 2019, including Operations Manager for Global Server Solutions and Brand Advocate, with responsibilities in sales and manufacturing operations, supply chain execution, and program management. In the non-profit sector, Manners served as ANCA District Director for Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity from 2016 to March 2020. An executive trainer at 5LINX Enterprises Inc. from 2011 to 2013, Manners holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University.
