Tim Aitken

Tim Aitken, CSCP, currently serves as the ISG Category Excess Inventory Controller at Lenovo since October 2025. Prior to this, Aitken was the Director of Demand & Supply Planning at JDE Peet's from January 2024 to August 2025, leading teams for the Tea Forte and L'OR brands and achieving a 15% reduction in inventory through a demand-driven planning process. Aitken's previous experience at Lenovo, spanning over a decade, includes roles such as Director of NA Demand Planning & Product Operations, where a team was managed in supporting significant revenue growth, and Director of NA Commercial Demand Management. Earlier in career, Aitken worked at Sony Ericsson Mobile Communication, directing demand planning and operations, and at Ericsson, managing demand planning for mobile phones. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from West Virginia Wesleyan College.
