Zhao Ding

Zhao Ding is an experienced professional in the service supply chain domain, currently serving as the Service Supply Chain Supply Centre Manager at Lenovo since January 2018. In this role, Zhao Ding oversees the spare part supply operations in China, focusing on planning, procurement, redemption, and repair operations while managing inventory for various hardware product lines. Prior to Lenovo, Zhao Ding held the position of Service Supply Chain Great China Manager at HP from November 2005 to January 2018, where responsibilities included end-to-end service supply chain management across China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan, with a focus on cost effectiveness. Zhao Ding's career began at Hewlett-Packard from October 1999 to November 2005 as a Service Support Operation Specialist, involving customer service operations, project implementation, and maintaining ISO certifications. Zhao Ding holds a Bachelor of Economics in Economics and International Trade from Beijing University of Technology, earned from 1992 to 1996.
