Previously, Filippo held positions such as Vice President of the Furniture and Wood Industry Section at Unione Industriali Napoli and Product Development and After Sales Director at Natuzzi S.p.A., where they managed the entire research and development supply chain. They also served as Chief Manufacturing, Product & Innovation Officer at Natuzzi, ensuring timely production across global facilities. Filippo obtained a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Politecnico di Bari.
