Alejandro Reyes is an experienced IT professional with a background in systems administration and support. Currently employed as a Jr. Systems Administrator at Lenox Advisors since May 2017, Alejandro has also held roles as a Senior Support Technician and Help Desk Associate within the same company. Prior experience includes a position as a Systems & Network Support Trainee at New York City College of Technology, where Alejandro completed an intensive 17-week course focused on Cloud and Server Administration. Earlier roles include Field Assistant at Quality Exterminating, which involved account management and customer service, and an internship with CUNY Citizenship Now!, where Alejandro assisted in creating and updating marketing outreach materials. Alejandro graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering Technology from City Tech, CUNY in 2015, and attended the High School of Applied Communications.
