Mary F. Skau

Mary F. Skau has extensive experience in underwriting, holding positions at various mortgage companies since 2005. Currently serving as an Underwriter at American Lending, Inc. since June 2018 and as a DE Underwriter at Lenox Financial Mortgage Corp. since July 2017, Mary has demonstrated expertise in analyzing credit, income, appraisals, and assets for borrowers to assess their repayment capability for FHA and conventional loans. Prior roles include DE Underwriter positions at Caliber Home Loans, Inc., and Mortgage Solutions of Colorado, alongside a Mortgage De Underwriter role at Bank of America. Throughout career, Mary has led teams of underwriters and has been responsible for training in specialized systems and reviewing investor guidelines with Fannie Mae.
