Ruth Colman

Ruth Mendez-Colman is an experienced care management professional currently serving as Care Manager and Intake and Outreach Specialist at Lenox Hill Neighborhood House since January 2024. In this role, Ruth conducts telephone intakes and needs assessments for homebound older adults, assists in eligibility determination for geriatric care management services, and connects eligible individuals with essential programs.
