Kata Takács

Kata Takács started working at Arconic in 2019 as a Human Resources Intern. In the same year, they joined Fox & Wolf HR Solutions as a Junior HR Consultant and Talent Sourcer, where they were responsible for searching IT talents in Hungary, creating social media advertisements, sourcing new potential candidates, contacting and pre-screening potential candidates via telephone, and arranging personal interviews. In 2021, they became a Talent Aquisition Intern at Givaudan. Currently, they are working at Lensa as an IT Recruiter, managing the end to end recruitment process including writing, publishing and updating ads, handling and pre-selection of incoming applications, contacting potential candidates, conducting first round interviews, writing professional tests, and contributing to the development of recruitment strategies and processes.

Kata Takács attended Eötvös Loránd University from 2017 to 2020, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. They then continued their studies at the same university from 2020 to 2022, obtaining a Master of Arts in Psychology.
