Shaima Abukaff

Shaima Abukaff has several years of experience in software engineering. Shaima worked at LENSEC from 2015 until the present, starting as an Associate Software Engineer and progressing to the role of Software Engineer. In January 2020, they were promoted to the position of Senior Software Engineer.

Prior to LENSEC, Shaima worked at Cisco as a Cisco Ambassador from September 2014 to February 2015. In this role, they organized an event called "Build Your Future, Don't abide by rules," which attracted over 500 students.

Before Cisco, Shaima served as a Google Student Ambassador for 1 year in Jordan, from June 2013 to June 2014. Shaima represented Google and organized three notable events that garnered attention from the press and media.

Additionally, Shaima gained volunteer experience at Zenoon from March 2012 to December 2013. Shaima was responsible for the Zenon academic committee, which organized various events in academic, scientific, humanities, and entertaining fields.

Overall, Shaima Abukaff has demonstrated their expertise in software engineering through their progressive roles at LENSEC and their ambassadorship and volunteer work at Cisco, Google, and Zenoon respectively.

Shaima Abukaff received their Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Jordan, where they studied from 2010 to 2015. Prior to that, they attended Modern Systems School from 2009 to 2010, earning a Tawjihi degree in the scientific field. In terms of additional certifications, Shaima obtained the following:

- In January 2016, they obtained the Microsoft Technology Associate 98-361 certification.

- In January 2017, they earned the Certificate Microsoft Specialist 70-480 and the MS: Programming in HTML5 with JavaScript and CSS3 70-480.

- In December 2019, they obtained the Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate: Web Applications 70-486.

- Lastly, in October 2020, Shaima was certified in Exam 70-761: Querying Data with Transact-SQL, all from Microsoft.
