Anne-Mareike Henning

Anne-Mareike Henning serves as the Chief People Officer at Lensing Media since October 2019, overseeing strategic and disciplinary personnel management, employee and leadership development, and various HR functions including candidate experience, onboarding, and employer branding. In addition, Anne-Mareike has taken roles such as Head of Academy and Recruiting/Employer Branding at the International School of Management, Germany, contributing to academic and recruitment efforts since January 2023, and has previously worked in HR roles at REMONDIS-Gruppe, dormakaba, and M+S Silicon GmbH & Co. KG. Academic credentials include a Systemic Coach and Change Manager certification from INeKO at the University of Cologne, alongside a Master of Science in Corporate Management and a Bachelor of Science in Business and Management Studies from the University of Europe for Applied Sciences. Further educational achievements include a semester at the University of the Sunshine Coast and the acquisition of training qualification from IHK Dortmund.
