Prateek Sharma

Prateek Sharma has a diverse work experience in HR roles. Prateek started their career at HERO ELECTRIC VEHICLES PVT LTD in 2014, where they worked as a Management Trainee before being promoted to Senior Executive HR. In 2016, they joined Ashok Leyland as an HR & IR Professional and remained in that role until 2021. From 2021 to 2022, Prateek worked at HeidelbergCement India as a Section Head - HR. Currently, they are the Head - Plant HR at Lenskart.com, starting in 2022.

Prateek Sharma completed a Bachelor's degree in Computers Application at Kumaun University, Nainital from 2008 to 2011. Prateek later pursued a PGDM degree in Marketing and Human resources at All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) from 2012 to 2014. In addition, Prateek obtained a Microsoft Excel 2013 Certification from Microsoft in 2013.
