Puneet Bahl

Puneet Bahl has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Puneet currently holds the position of Vice President - Supply Chain at Lenskart.com since July 2019. Prior to that, Puneet served as Associate Director - Large & Furniture Supply Chain at Flipkart from March 2018 to July 2019, and as Associate Director - Last Mile Supply Chain from July 2015 to February 2018.

Before joining Flipkart, Puneet worked at Tesco for several years. Puneet held the role of Senior Manager - Online Operations & Operations Development from February 2014 to June 2015. In this role, they managed a team of 60+ members and focused on improving customer experience for Grocery Home Shopping (GHS) customers. Puneet was responsible for delivering business metrics, driving continuous process improvements, and using data analytics to enhance operational efficiency.

Prior to this, Puneet served as Senior Manager - Operations Development at Tesco from September 2009 to January 2014. Puneet also worked as a Senior Business Analyst at Tesco from September 2005 to March 2008.

Puneet's career began at Satyam in 1998, where they held the positions of Engagement Manager from August 2000 to August 2005, and Project Leader from September 1998 to December 2003.

Puneet Bahl completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Management for Executives in Strategic Management & Financial Strategy from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow in 2009. Prior to that, they obtained a B.Tech degree in Electronics & Communication from the National Institute of Technology Kurukshetra in 1998. Additionally, Puneet has also attained a certification as a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt from ASQ in 2012.
