Shobhan Suri

Shobhan Suri has extensive experience in product management at Lenskart.com, where currently leading initiatives related to omni-channel customer experience, including voice, chat, chatbot, and generative AI products since November 2019. Previously held multiple roles at Lenskart.com from August 2015 to June 2018, including Product Executive focused on supply chain management for refunds, returns, and warehouses, as well as a Marketing Executive specializing in digital marketing and lead generation. Shobhan Suri also served as an Executive Assistant to the Chief Operations Officer. Shobhan Suri holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Computer Science from Netaji Subhas University of Technology, East Campus, completed in 2015, and attended Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan's from 2005 to 2011.
