Victor de Lange

Victor de Lange is an experienced operations and product manager currently serving as the Operations Manager at Lensor since October 2022. Prior to this role, Victor held the position of Product Manager for ŠKODA at Pon Automotive and participated in Pon's Talent Program as a Management Trainee, where project management experience was gained across multiple business units in both the Netherlands and Australia. Earlier career experiences include internships in corporate finance at JBR Strategy and thesis work at Willis Towers Watson. Victor holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Business as well as a Master of Science in Economics of Management and Organisation from the Erasmus School of Economics, complemented by a Master Exchange program in Economics at Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca.
