Mikhail Stepanov

Mikhail Stepanov has a strong background in data and analytics, with experience spanning multiple industries and companies. Mikhail most recently worked at Lenta as the Chief Data Officer and Head of Data Science, where they implemented the data strategy and created an analytics department. Prior to that, they held the same positions at Modulbank, where they developed and implemented a data analytics strategy and created a Data Science division. Mikhail also has experience as the Head of DWH at Rosbank, where they managed the maintenance and operation of the data warehouse, and as the Head of BI&DWH support division at Home Credit and Finance Bank, where they managed the support department for Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence projects. Additionally, they worked as the Head of BI&DWH Development group at Alfa-Bank, and led a development and implementation team at Elecsnet. Throughout their career, Mikhail has been successful in forming teams from scratch and ensuring on-time task completion.

Mikhail Stepanov earned a Master's Degree in Finance and Credit from Moscow State University of Technologies and Management from 2002 to 2007.
