Olga Kharlamova has extensive experience in retail operations and management, currently serving as Operations Director at Lenta since August 2014, where responsibilities include the organization and oversight of operational services and the management of new store openings. Prior to this role, Olga held various positions at X5 Retail Group from September 2011 to August 2014, including Director of Transformation Projects and Director of the Promo & Commercial Services Department, focusing on restructuring and business process optimization. Olga also contributed to the State Atomic Energy Corporation "Rosatom" as Deputy General Director for Service & Quality Management and has a foundational background in retail management from Metro Cash and Carry. Olga holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Credit from Plekhanov Russian University of Economics, completed between 1997 and 2002.
