Lente villas is a new name on the market, but our story is not new and has been going on for 26 years.
The story begins back in 1999 when the director and owner of Lente villas started working for the then most promising and fast growing tour operator specializing in summer holidays in Croatia. The aforementioned company in that year brought the first 6 holiday homes in Istria's inland to the market, thus creating a turning point in the previous tourist perception of Istria as a destination exclusively for summer holidays on the coast and by the sea.
In the years that followed, due to the incredible commercial success, the number of new holi-day homes increased several times each year, and the success of the new tourist product, as well as the quality, authenticity and facilities, very quickly surpassed those of tourist apar-tments on the coast, attracting an increasing number of more demanding guests seeking a different type of vacation than the previous mass tourism of mediocre quality.
With the strong development of online sales and the opportunities it offers, in 2012, together with our IT friends, we launched an online travel agency offering quality and personaly checked accommodation in holiday homes and apartments in Istria, which quickly became the leading agency of its kind, domestically owned and headquartered in Istria. The success of this agency, which at its peak offered over 500 villas with a swimming pool in Istria, did not go unnoticed, so that in 2022 the agency became part of the largest European tour operator specializing in holiday homes.
By taking over the Lente Villas project, our team is embarking on a new adventure with the goal of providing our guests and homeowners with a extraordinary experience, raising the offer and service to a new and higher level, through a careful personal of exceptional villas with a pool in Istria for a "slow" and relaxed vacation in beautiful Istria.
