Amarens de Borst - Koelmans

Amarens de Borst - Koelmans currently serves as an HR-adviseur at Lentis since September 2023. As the voorzitter of Stichting Together Huiswerk since May 2019, Amarens plays a crucial role in supporting children's educational success and fostering connections between school and home. Prior experience includes working as a P&O adviseur at Koninklijke Kentalis from November 2013 to August 2015, where Amarens collaborated with regional directors to align HR agendas with strategic objectives, and various roles at PostNL, including HR expert in personnel migration and HR adviseur, from October 2007 to October 2013. Earlier experience encompasses a position as an HR medewerker at Istituto Mario Negri in 2007 and as a verkoopmedewerkster at Ziengs Schoenen from 2001 to 2004. Amarens holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and a degree in Andragogiek with a focus on Labor and Organization from the University of Groningen, along with a VWO diploma from Comenius College.
