Joseph Alexander

Joseph Alexander has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in product management and strategy. Joseph is currently working as the Director of Product Strategy at Lentra since August 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Product at wagely from February 2023 to August 2023. Before joining Lentra and wagely, Joseph held multiple roles at Fibe.India (Formerly EarlySalary), including Vice President & Head of Product, Head of Product, Manager Product Management, and Founding Member & Senior Product Manager from January 2016 to January 2023. Joseph took a two-year leave of absence from July 2016 to July 2018. Joseph also gained experience as an MBA student, consultant, and intern at the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management and Amazon from 2016 to 2017. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Internal Product Manager at Wipro Limited and held multiple roles at Myriad Audit Firms. Joseph started their professional journey as a Chartered Accountancy Trainee at C.B. Joseph & Co.

Joseph Alexander completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Strategy, Entrepreneurship & Marketing at the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management from 2016 to 2018. Before that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Loyola College from 2007 to 2010. Joseph also holds a Chartered Accountancy degree from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, completed in 2012. In addition to their formal education, they have additional certifications as a Certified Information Systems Auditor from ISACA and as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from KPMG.
