Wahaj Dhalani

Wahaj Dhalani is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in product engineering and software development. Currently serving as SVP of Product Engineering and Head of Platform Development at Lentra since March 2021, Wahaj previously held significant roles at Optymyze from April 2014 to February 2021, where responsibilities included leading multiple technology teams in software development, testing, support, and deployment. Earlier positions include Software Development Director and Manager at Synygy, where Wahaj managed software development and testing departments for several years. With a strong foundation in Java/J2EE development and technical support from previous roles at Ruksun Software Technologies and Wipro-Spectramind, Wahaj has cultivated a robust skill set in engineering and product management. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Information Technology and a recent certificate in Design Thinking from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
