David Gainor

David Gainor, CPCU, is a seasoned insurance professional with extensive experience in operations and employee benefits management. Currently serving as Employee Benefits Manager at Lenz-Balder Insurance since June 2018, David leads account managers and producers to enhance the Group Benefits book of business while facilitating the sales and onboarding of new clients. Prior to this role, David was the VP of Personal & Commercial Insurance Operations at Keyser Insurance Group, where responsibility included overseeing growth and revenue projections across multiple locations. With a strong background in strategic operations established as Director of Operations at Lenz-Balder Insurance and Operations Manager at Farmers Insurance, David has successfully managed substantial growth initiatives in various capacities. David holds an MBA in Management and a BBA in Marketing from Grand Valley State University.
