Jon O'Connor

Jon O'Connor, LUTCF, AINS, serves as the Sales and Marketing Manager at Lenz-Balder Insurance since May 2019. Previously, Jon held the position of Commercial Insurance Agent at Compass Insurance Agency from September 2016 to May 2019, and prior to that, worked as a Senior Territory Manager at Foremost Insurance, where responsibilities included marketing specialty, auto, and commercial insurance to independent agents and managing their growth and profitability from May 2011 to September 2016. Jon holds a Bachelor of Science in Multi-Disciplinary Studies with a focus on Business and Psychology from Liberty University (2007-2011) and an Associate degree in Marketing from Davenport University (2006-2008).
